With over 10 years of industry experience, I’m a former collegiate runner, holding a BS in Community Health Education, a Masters of Public Health (MPH), and a Masters of Applied Clinical Nutrition. I’m a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC) and working to become a Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach (DPP).
My passion is helping others make healthy lifestyle change. In such, coaching is a time for you to connect to your values, envision your most optimal self, and for us to journey towards creating that true self vision.
Former clients report coaching helped them to feel greater sense of self-efficacy, greater sense of control, and found new skills and tools to reach their vision through working together. In our coaching sessions, we’ll take a holistic mind, body approach in finding skills and inner knowledge to take action towards reaching your goals.

I was born and raised in Apple Valley, MN. Growing up, my life revolved around sports and playing basketball, football, and track. During undergrad, I attended the University of Minnesota Twin Cities where I played football and graduated with a B.A in Sports and Exercise Science. After accumulating multiple injuries related to football, chiropractic treatments helped me recover and I have been using chiropractic care as a treatment ever since. Following undergrad, I moved to Davenport, IA where I attended Palmer Chiropractic College, graduating in 2020.

About Me -
I was born in Hayfield, MN as the oldest of 4 siblings to parents who are both teachers. My younger years were all learn and play; with play including high school sports of football, basketball and baseball, with football continuing in college. The accumulation of sports trauma eventually lead me to a local chiropractor, which helped me to resolve injury and perform at a high level.
My parents always thought that one of the kids would be in education. Even though I never thought of myself being an educator in the classic sense, I find that a lot of my current practice involves teaching. My goal on each visit is to address what ails you, have you feeling and performing better; and also learning about what is giving you trouble and how to keep it from happening again.
Today, I continue my movement practice by chasing around our two-year old son and our chocolate lab ‘Louie’, by being in the weight room and by playing various sports. In my free time you can find me in the in the kitchen trying to replicate a family recipe.
